The 5 version of VMC-1270W is a high performace horizontal machining center which features in high precision and rigidity. The overall design and structure of the machine is excellent. It adopts the inverted T-shaped movable column overall bed structure and it is very excellent in strength, stiffness and stability. This machine is passed through repeated experiments to ensure it has good dynamic performance, motion accuracy control, accuracy and processing accuracy stability. The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi M80 numerical control system. It is simple to operate, not only can effectively improve the processing efficiency and ensure processing quality, but also can reduce labor costs and processing time. The performance of the spindle is very excellent also. The maximum cutting feed speed of the spindle is 1 - 8000RPM and the speedup time is extremely fast. The machine casting can effectively absorb the vibration caused by machining, and ensure the machining accuracy.
